Description:
- CVE-2026-14355: openssl_encrypt() heap buffer overflow with AES key-wrap-with-
padding ciphers (aes-*-wrap-pad); the output buffer was sized data_len + one
block but RFC 5649 wrap-pad output can exceed that, so reserve an extra
EVP_CIPHER_block_size() for EVP_CIPH_WRAP_MODE ciphers
